Service Health Check
An answer to ongoing poor performance, or an opportunity to raise the service performance bar even higher.
Aimed at in-house operations, the Service Health Check provides an independent
perspective, unconstrained by legacy thinking , to review and measure current
performance against agreed criteria. This may be industry standards, competitor’s
benchmark, or simply what your business customers and clients want.
A Service Health Check provides a guide for in-house management to deliver improvements, can form part of a review for potential outsourcing and assist with strategic restructuring for changing business needs.
Scope can include the entire facilities organisation, or specific service functions. Our brief would typically include organisational structure, management controls, service performance and customer perceptions.
Within an agreed timeframe, we will deliver a concise report setting out current strengths and weaknesses together with recommendations for change. If cost reduction or changes in service are required these would also be addressed with appropriate recommendations.
We will outline options for a service model that best meets the need of your business, your customers and clients and will provide a road map for delivery. We believe change is best driven by the in-house management team, but our consultants can provide support and guidance at each step.
Vendor Audit
The Vendor Audit will provide an appropriate solution to most instances of poor vendor performance.
It provides for an impartial assessment of vendor performance against original contract terms, or current best practice, including service levels and key performance indicators. It will also quantify customer and client perceptions of the services and identify any disparity between the contracted service levels and the current needs of your business.
Frequently we find clients would prefer to retain the incumbent service provider, perhaps because of a long term relationship, site knowledge or to avoid the disruption, time and cost of going to the market.
In these instances we work closely with the vendor to agree a programme of improvements which may include personnel changes, process enhancement, training needs and revised reporting. This is followed up with meetings in support of in-house management to agree appropriate actions, including contract amendments, revised service levels and pricing.

In the rare instance where the client/vendor relationship has irretrievably broken down, or where the vendor fails to fully support an improvement programme, the audit can be focussed on performance against contract terms, identify service failures or breach of standards in order to support termination.
Executive Lease
Provides an interim management solution, to lead the implementation of organisational change, where in-house management lack the resource, experience or simply the time required to guarantee successful delivery.

Our experienced senior executives will focus on the change process, including communications to staff involved and other associated stakeholders, to overcome objections and enable faster implementation in line with employment legislation.
A phased handover to in-house management ensures ongoing service consistency and provides long term benefit to your business.
Change Management Counselling
A series of programmes and workshops for individuals or groups who are experiencing major change, as a result of restructuring, outsourcing, acquisition or merger. Whilst we are funded by the client our approach is seen to be independent and fair, building trust with those impacted by change.

Our facilitators will help your employees to address concerns around change and the future, through a series of individually tailored processes. We utilise an open consultative framework to deal with each issue, actual or perceived and where necessary will provide mediation with the clients HR professionals to dissolve any potential negative impact on future performance by identifying and resolving these issues up front
Experience shows that when we share the vision of the future, inspire, engage
and value the staff, they are more likely to climb on board with any project
or programme to be part of the solution - this leads to increased motivation,
happier working environment, reduces stress related illness and generally increases
productivity.
For employees, the net result is a better understanding of the reasons for change and a more positive approach to continuity through harmonious implementation. which for our Clients will help to deliver on change objectives and long term business performance.
